TBG was contracted to execute the full construction of several school complexes under the Tatweer Buildings Company (TBC) initiative, with Al Bawani Company as the main contractor and Khatib & Alami as the supervising consultant.
The project involved the development of modern educational infrastructure across multiple sites, aligned with the national goals of enhancing the educational environment in Saudi Arabia.
The scope of work included complete civil construction, mechanical and electrical systems (MEP), fire safety networks, HVAC, water supply and drainage, as well as architectural finishing and landscaping. The complexes were designed and delivered in accordance with the Saudi Building Code, Ministry of Education requirements, and international standards for institutional facilities.
