Nassaim Al-Jouri Hotel is a landmark hospitality project developed for the Waqf of Mohammed Abi Nami II and Waqf Abi Nami as part of an endowment-based investment initiative. Executed by Thna Building Construction and Development, the hotel reflects the company’s expertise in delivering high-end commercial facilities that meet both operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal. With a total value of SAR 41 million, the hotel was completed in December 2018, offering a unique blend of modern comfort and architectural elegance tailored for Makkah’s hospitality market.

TBG delivered full design and construction services, including:
Architectural and structural design aligned with hospitality requirements
Construction of a reinforced concrete frame structure with optimized space use
Interior fit-out for hotel rooms, lobby, service areas, and staff facilities
Finishing works with premium materials to meet upscale hospitality standards
Full installation of MEP systems including HVAC, fire protection, lighting, and elevators
Integration of water, sewage, and insulation systems according to SBC
Exterior cladding and façade design with a modern Islamic aesthetic
